What we collect

OddsNorth does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information to read anything on this site. We collect standard server and analytics data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate region derived from IP address, device type and browser. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

If you contact us by email, we hold that message and your email address for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of any correction you asked for.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies or local storage for two purposes: remembering your light or dark theme preference, and measuring aggregate traffic. Affiliate links may set a cookie on the operator’s domain to attribute a referral. That cookie is set and controlled by the operator, not by us, and is governed by their privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles of readers. We do not share individual browsing data with sportsbooks. Operators receive only the fact that a referral came from OddsNorth, not who you are.

Third parties

Analytics and hosting providers process data on our behalf. Sportsbook operators you click through to are independent businesses with their own policies, and once you leave this site their terms apply.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and equivalent provincial legislation, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will respond within thirty days.

Children

This site is intended for adults of legal betting age in their province, which is 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
